GIRLS VOLLEYBALL 2022-2023 MEMBERSHIPS AND TRYOUT REGISTRATION
Here you will find instructions on how to obtain your required player USAV Membership through SportsEngine and how to Register for Tryouts at Momentum Volleyball Club. Webpoint is no longer available.
This is a requirement by USAV and the AZ Region of USAV. You will have to obtain this membership prior to trying out for any club in Arizona. You are purchasing this membership for your athlete to compete in any USAV Sanctioned events. You will NOT be selecting a club with your membership at this time. After you make a roster at tryouts, that CLUB will send you an invite to join. Until then, you are not assigned to or belong to any club until you sign a contract at tryouts and accept the invite from within SportsEngine. This membership is only so that you can participate in tryouts and the season with Clubs in Arizona.
Volleyball Clubs do not own the process of you obtaining your account or membership. We have created the best instructions from our previous experience to help parents the best we can. YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE YOUR SPORTSENGINE PARENT ACCOUNT, YOU WILL THEN PURCHASE A USAV MEMBERSHIP FOR YOUR PLAYER, AND REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS! THIS IS THE SAME PROCESS FOR FOR ALL AGES.
IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SET UP A SPORTSENGINE PARENT ACCOUNT OR SE SAYS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT ALREADY, BE SURE TO USE THE SAME EMAIL TO LOGIN. IF YOU DONT REMEMBER THE PW, USE THE RESET PASSWORD OPTION. DO NOT SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT OR THERE WILL BE MAJOR DUPLICATION PROBLEMS WITH SPORTSENGINE AND THE REGION.
Step 1. SportsEngine Parent Account Creation
MUST BE DONE FIRST
CREATE A FREE SPORTS ENGINE HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT IN THE PARENT'S NAME FROM WHICH YOU WILL PURCHASE ALL THE MEMBERSHIP(S) FOR YOUR PLAYER(S).
Please note: If you have EVER interacted with SportsEngine in the past, you likely already had set up an account and it will prompt you to enter your password. If you do not remember your password, use the forgot password link to gain access to your SportEngine account.
ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR SPORTSENGINE PARENT ACCOUNT AND VERIFY YOUR EMAIL WITH THEM (OR ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED IN TO AN EXISTING SE ACCOUNT), COME BACK AND MOVE TO STEP #2 TO PURCHASE YOUR CHILDS USAV VOLLEYBALL MEMBERSHIP.
Step 2. Purchase Players Membership from the Parent SportsEngine Account via the AZ Region Website

AFTER you have created a SE Parental Login OR already have a login established, LEAVE the SE website completely and go to the region website to purchase your players USAV Membership for the 2022-2023 Indoor Club Season.
Go to region website, and Click the Sports Engine Quizzard link. Only click the link below AFTER you have created your parent SportsEngine Account. It will have you log in to your SE Parent Account. Follow the on screen instructions. You will need to purchase the USAV Junior Indoor Membership for the 2022-2023 Season. It will then ask WHO the membership is for. Either choose the correct child, OR ADD a new child (player) Choose the right one! Do not purchase the membership for the parent!
It will ask you to pay 25 + 30 which should equal a total of $55.00. It will present you with a membership card for the player. Copy or write down the membership number and then go to step 3 below. REGISTER for tryouts with Momentum.
You must bring a copy of your players membership card or your confirmation email to tryouts
Step 3. Once you have your players USAV Membership Purchased, REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS AT MOMENTUM. Bring a copy of your membership with you.

Be sure to purchase your players USAV Membership tfrom the regions website prior to Registering For Tryouts. You will need a parent sportsengine account login in order to register. You will be promted to enter in the players USAV membership number in the tryout registration form.

-Copy of your players Birth Certificate if this is their first season playing club
